Yes, we ship worldwide

How long does it take for an order to be ready

It typically takes 3-7 working
days to fulfil an order. However, during a Sale, orders may take 5-7 working
days to be ready for shipping (NOTE: this doesn’t include shipping time)

How long does shipping take within Lagos

After your order is ready, please
expect your order in 1-2 days. Also, you get free shipping within Lagos on
orders from N 100,000

Which company do you use for international shipping

We ship worldwide via
DHL.

What’s your international shipping rate

The rate is calculated based on the weight of the order. You will see the final shipping at the time of checkout after
you provide the shipping address for your order.

Do I have to pay custom taxes

The shipping charges are not inclusive of any
custom or import duties and taxes, both are assessed by customs and are the
responsibility of the customer. We can not control these charges and are
unable to estimate what they may be. We do not take responsibility if the
package gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country.

How do I cancel my order

If you wish to cancel your order, you may write to
us within 24 hours of placing the order at orders@andrewtabitha.com. The
payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 working
days.

Do you accept returns/exchanges

We create made-to-order garments, that
means we cannot accept returns/exchange.

What happens if the clothes don’t fit

In the case of a fit issue, we can alter the
size for the same style. Cost of sending the return courier has to be borne by
the customer.

What happens if I receive damaged goods

If upon receipt of your order, you
find the product to be damaged in transit please drop us a line. We would be
happy to provide a refund or exchange only for the damaged products. All
products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original
packaging, in an unwashed and original condition. Once the merchandise has
been checked, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been
accepted. Cost of sending the return courier has to be borne by the customer

Can I return an item I bought on Sale

Pieces bought during a sale/ special
pricing are non-refundable and non-returnable/exchangeable.

Are the colors of the pieces exactly as displayed

Computer monitors vary, we
cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely
accurate.

Can I cancel a customised order

Please note that you will not be entitled to
cancel or return an order for any customised item unless the product is faulty
or not as discussed.

We make every product with

to resolve the issues based on our terms and conditions.
